What HR heads ask
before they sign.

Indian payroll changed in 2026: four Labour Codes came into force in November 2025 and the new Income Tax Act applies from April 2026. We put the answers to your due-diligence questions in writing.

Is your payroll logic current?

Wages, social security and tax rules are re-checked against your salary structure each cycle, and changes are flagged before they reach a payslip.

Who sees our employee data?

Access roles, transfer channels, retention and deletion terms, including DPDP Act obligations, are agreed before any record is shared.

Who do we call when it breaks?

A named payroll owner, an escalation path and a query log, so HR is never chasing a ticket number.

Will switching disrupt payday?

Opening balances are reconciled and a parallel run is approved by you before the first live cycle.

Can finance trust the numbers?

Variance reports, cost-centre views and an approval trail that your auditors can follow.

What will it really cost?

Setup, recurring fees, optional modules and exclusions itemised in the proposal, with no surprises after go-live.

    What's included in payroll outsourcing?

A scope can include monthly salary processing, approved attendance inputs, earnings and deduction working, payslips, bank advice, salary registers and variance reports. Tax, statutory coordination, employee queries and software requirements are confirmed separately in the proposal.

Will we still approve our payroll?

Yes. The proposed process keeps your authorised team responsible for final sign-off. Draft payroll, exceptions and variances are reviewed before the final output pack is prepared. Payment execution and bank authorisation responsibilities must be agreed explicitly.

Can you support different states and salary structures?

Your requirements are mapped by legal entity, employee location, pay components and applicable statutory obligations. PF, ESI, PT, LWF and TDS coordination can be included in the agreed scope. Applicability and current rules must be checked for your actual workforce during setup and processing.

How does switching from our current process work?

Start with employee and salary masters, year-to-date balances, the previous payroll pack, policies and reporting requirements. The transition plan should include data reconciliation, a parallel-run review, sign-off and the first live-cycle calendar. Timing depends on the quality and complexity of the inputs.

    How are employee details handled?

Before transferring employee records, agree confidentiality terms, access permissions, approved transfer channels, retention and deletion arrangements. This public website does not request employee payroll records. The contact form sends only the enquiry details you type in, so please do not include employee data.

    What will the service cost?

Pricing is tailored to your headcount, legal entities, locations, payroll cycles and scope. Ask for setup charges, recurring fees, optional attendance or self-service modules and any exclusions to be itemised. Use the contact form to share those requirements.
